Hand Packed Just For You

Forte Gelato is hand packed in a clear bag with a raffia tie and shipped in a reusable insulated cooler. Your order will be customized with just the right amount of dry ice for its journey to guarantee it will arrive frozen and delicious.

​Delivered To Your Doorstep

All orders will arrive approximately one week or less from order date.  All orders entered before Noon Wednesday will arrive by Friday of the same week. All orders received Thursday afternoon through Sunday will ship on Monday morning. A tracking email will be sent when your order ships which will show your expected arrival date and all tracking information.

Once your order has arrived we recommend that you or the recipient immediately transfer it to a freezer where it will gently temper and be safe.

  1. A personal email confirmation will be sent to you when you place your order.
  2. An additional email with tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships.

​No Signature Required

UPS is instructed to leave your package without a signature. If no one is available, UPS will leave the cooler at the recipient’s front door or in a building’s receiving area. There will be enough dry ice to last throughout the arrival day and evening.
If you are shipping to someone else, please notify the recipient in advance of his or her delivery. UPS will not forward packages.
Due to the perishable nature of gelato we cannot accept returns. We guarantee that your gelato will arrive frozen, however we cannot guarantee the exact date and time your gelato will arrive due to the rules of UPS shipping.
Forte is shipped via UPS for afternoon delivery on Tuesday through Friday. Forte can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. (except Alaska and Hawaii and P.O. Boxes). Adjustments will be made for national holidays which effect domestic shipping.

​UPS Ground, Next Day Air Saver:

Orders to most delivery addresses will be shipped by UPS Ground.  UPS Next Day Air Saver will be offered as an option to locations outside our UPS Ground shipping zone.

 

Your order will ship with UPS Ground to the following states:

AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV​

 

Your order will be required to ship with UPS Next Day Air Saver to the following states:

AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KS, ME, MT, NV, NH, NM, OK, OR, SD, UT, VT, WA, WY
